Arthur-cize "The Wellness Workout"
Arthur-cize will meet your needs in a well-rounded, fun format. The class will last approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Coming to class on a regular basis, you will begin to notice the difference in your life, with the aid of the water’s buoyancy, as we set goals toward fighting the pain caused by Arthritis throughout this learning process. The program consists of range of motion, muscle strengthening and endurance-building activities. The warm water and gentle movements can also help relieve pain and stiffness. The water’s buoyancy and resistance help improve joint flexibility. Swimming ability is not necessary. Workshops will be held at the first of every month. This class will take the place of a regular class. The workshop assists you in learning the exercise more accurately and quickly, therefore, your success will be much greater.
