Fourth of July Celebrations Residents will have the opportunity to celebrate the Fourth of July with two free events. Independence Day Parade The city’s annual Independence Day parade is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. July 4 in downtown Irving. Download parade application Download parade waiver 2009 July Fourth Parade Route Irving’s Firecracker Fourth The City of Irving and the Irving Symphony Orchestra (ISO) will present Irving’s Firecracker Fourth on July 4 in Las Colinas’ Williams Square, 5221 N. O’Connor Blvd. The patriotic concert by the ISO, under the baton of Maestro Hector Guzman, will begin at 8 p.m., followed by a spectacular fireworks show.
