The Texas Comptroller Leadership Circle applauds local governments across Texas that have focused on giving taxpayers a transparent look at local expenditures. The City of Irving has received the Gold Leadership Circle Award for a fourth year in a row by scoring 19 out of 20 possible points on the Comptroller's ratings criteria.
