Christmas Tree Roundup

Residents will have an opportunity to properly dispose of their fresh-cut Christmas trees for recycling during Irving’s annual Christmas Tree Roundup. Bare Christmas trees will be collected as part of the city’s weekly brush/bulky waste pickup through Jan. 9. For more information, call (972) 721-8059.   • Cottonwood Park, 4051 N. Story Road
  • Southwest Park, 2800 W. Shady Grove Road
  • Recycling Center Drop-Off, 8555 Home Depot Drive (The Home Depot parking lot)
  • Hunter Ferrell Landfill, 220 W. Hunter Ferrell Road (drop off daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

All Christmas trees collected will be mulched and made available for a nominal fee at the city landfill. Call (972) 721-7322.
