t-ball  The IPAR Therapeutic Recreation Program, at Lively Pointe provides quality therapeutic recreational programs for ages eight and up. Irving Parks and Recreation serves individuals with special mental and physical needs through an Adult Day Program and Irving Special Olympics. Lively Pointe is located at 909 N. boy-chair  Our Therapeutic Program Philosophy
To provide a recreation program designed specifically to assist Irving residents with mental/physical disabilities. Programs s will teach social and recreational skills, along with providing learning opportunities which promote a healthy independent lifestyle. Activities are designed to improve the quality of life for this special population.

g-chair  Adult Day Program
This program is intended for persons with disabilities who require moderate staff assistance and instruction for leisure or physical participation. Age 18 and up.

 special-oly Special Olympics Program
Special Olympics will be held on a seasonal basis. Programs will be offered on Monday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. at different locations depending on the sport. Classifications and tournaments for Special Olympics Area 10 are held on Saturdays for each sport.* This Program is free but each participants has to purchase an IPAR card for $5.
