If your account has an unpaid balance over 30 days past due, we are required to disconnect your services. In addition, if your deposit was included in your first month’s bill, services will be disconnected without notice if you fail to make payment by 5 p.m. on the due date shown on the bill. Once services have been disconnected due to nonpayment, you will not be eligible to make payment arrangements.
In addition, in order to have services reconnected, you will be required to pay all fees related to the service disconnect as well as all prior amounts due. You may be required to post a new deposit up to four times your highest utility bill.
